Ribelà’s Vermouth Romano is a wine from Lazio, the result of a meticulous artisanal process that combines the winery’s wines with the traditional botanicals used in vermouth production. With a low sugar content, it opens on the nose with hints of medicinal herbs, citrus zest and light floral notes. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a bitter finish reminiscent of bitter orange, balanced by a pleasant acidity. Perfect to enjoy neat or mixed in cocktails.
