Northern Italy
A true symbol of the Italian aperitif, Vermouth Rosso Martini was created over a hundred years ago by Luigi Rossi. Its secret recipe combines carefully selected wines with a complex blend of Italian herbs. The olfactory profile is intense and herbaceous, with sweet vanilla undertones. The taste is round, fresh and enveloping, ideal to serve in an Americano Martini, accompanied by olives, toasted almonds, cured meats or mature cheeses
Intense scarlet red with amber highlights
Very herbaceous, with hints of mugwort and sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon
Very sweet, soft and enveloping, warm and bitter on the finish
