Cellier Saint Benoit's Vin de Paille is a sweet wine from the Jura region, one of the hidden secrets of the winery and the area. 'Straw wine' is a highly prized dessert wine, renowned for its extreme longevity. The nose is broad and complex, with hints of honey, fruit jam and salty sensations. On the palate, it is dense, enveloping and long, with great freshness that supports the sip. Rich and textured, it is a meditation wine perfect for pairing with fine cheeses such as Bleu de Gex
