Sebastien Brunet's Vouvray Millesimato 'Rocherie' is a lively artisanal expression of this Loire sparkling wine, one of the few appellations to allow the production of both still and sparkling wines. The nose reveals white fruit and subtle, more mature hints reminiscent of quince and honey. The palate is taut, fresh and distinctly savoury, reflecting the oceanic influence on the area.
