Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie are produced in small batches and then blended together, resulting in a modern Whisky that is out of the ordinary: unctuous, spicy and with pronounced notes of vanilla, oak and chocolate, well balanced. The Original Blended Malt Scotch Whisky from Monkey Shoulder stands out for its rich and rounded taste, with excellent balance. Behind the Monkey Shoulder brand lies the entire experience of the historic Scottish company William Grant & Sons, which was founded in 1887, the year William Grant started the distilling business in Dufftown, in Speyside, with his children. In the early 2000s, the distillery launched the Monkey Shoulder brand with the idea of offering whiskies specifically designed for mixing, a forward-thinking project at the time. Even today, William Grant & Sons is run on a family level, with the sixth generation of the Grants currently at the helm.
The Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky ‘The Original’ originates from the union of three different single malt whiskies produced in Scotland, particularly in the small region of Speyside. These whiskies are crafted in small batches from pure malted barley. The distillation process takes place in traditional pot stills while the subsequent aging phase uses ex-Bourbon barrels.first step.

Intense and complex aromas of orange, vanilla, spiced oak, chocolate, and peppermint characterize the olfactory profile.
