The Andrea Felici winery is a classic family-run, small-scale production facility located in the town of Apiro, in the province of Macerata. This land has always been famous in the enological world for the production of Verdicchio, a key white wine in the Marche region. The Felici family has a winemaking tradition that spans several generations, and today Leopardo is at the helm of the winery, which was founded in 1978. Leopardo's ultimate goal is to produce expressive, territorial wines that are worthy of their area and of the hard work and skill of the people, as demonstrated by the family's commitment and sacrifice in obtaining the best from their vineyards.

The Andrea Felici winery can count on 10 hectares of vineyards, where the undisputed star among the rows of vines is Verdicchio, the "red disguised as white", as it is called in the region. A variety whose origins date back centuries and which finds its ideal habitat in the areas between Apiro and Cupramontana, where it is able to express itself to its full potential. Leopardo is well aware of this, and knows that to make great wines, the vineyard is the heart of everything. For this reason he dedicates a lot of time working between the vines, trying to respect the land and bring out its personality. Harvesting is strictly by hand and the objective in the cellar is to produce long-lasting, typical wines with personality. After vinification, they are aged in vitrified cement and steel containers for much longer periods than those prescribed by the regulations.

Andrea Felici is a winery that produces two white wines, Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva DOCG "Cantico della Figura" and Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore DOC. The first is a cru made from grapes grown in the San Francesco vineyard, whose vines are around 50 years old, while the second is a blend skilfully composed from different plots. Both wines offer a genuinely pleasant taste, perfect to enjoy immediately but even more extraordinary if left to age for a few years in the cellar.
