Ca'Liptra's 'Arancio' is a dry, gastronomic macerated white wine from the Marche region, created by the now iconic artisan winemaker from Cupramontana. The blend is made from white grapes that undergo a long maceration on the skins. The aromatic profile is intense, with ripe fruit, dried flowers and typical herbaceous and salty notes on the finish. On the palate, it is consistent, dry and slightly tannic, with a well-supported texture that accompanies a savoury finish. It pairs well with regional tradition with a dish of porchetta-style rabbit
