Bellone

The Anthium is a salty and rich white wine that dusts off the face of one of the oldest grape of Lazio, Bellone. Aged exclusively in steel after fermentation with indigenous yeasts, it shows an olfactory profile rich in notes of exotic fruit and citrus that intertwine with scents of spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is enveloping and with a good body, enlivened by a good freshness and an intense sea breeze

Brut “Kius” is the Traditional Method sparkling wine from Bellone grapes by Marco Carpineti winery, produced with second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees for 24 months. It smells like white flowers, citrus zest and fresh fruits and with light nuances of bread. The taste is freh, fragrant and savory.

Bianco in Anfora "Nzù" from the well-known Carpineti winery is a white wine from Lazio made from pure Bellone grapes. The peculiarity of this label lies in the spontaneous fermentation and the refinement of 8 months in terracotta amphorae, after which it rests in the bottle for a further 10 months. The colour is golden with brilliant reflections and the aromas released enchant the nose with notes of flowers and white fruits, citrus peel, bitter almond and sweet oriental spices. The taste is forthright, soft, enveloping and with a slightly savoury finish. 

The white wine Capolemole by Marco Carpineti is produced from Bellone grapes, an indigenous grape type from Cori area, in Lazio region, with vinification in steel tanks. It has a simple and pleasant aromatic profile, with scents of fresh fruits, citrus zest and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and pleasant, with a mineral and salty finish.
