"Riva Arsiglia" is a white wine of great freshness and smoothness from the Giovanni Menti winery, an artisanal reality from Vicenza. On the palate, it is clear, smooth, and agile, with a mineral and savory matrix, accompanied by a bouquet of citrus, wildflowers, and hints of aromatic herbs.

The White "Riva Arsiglia" by Giovanni Menti comes from a family-run winery located in Veneto in the Gambellara area since the late 1800s. Giovanni Menti began cultivating fruit, legumes, and vegetables for personal use on these lands; after World War II, his son Antonio introduced grape cultivation, starting the vinification of dry and passito wines. Since 2002, his grandson Stefano has begun working in the winery, bringing with him an air of innovation and increasingly turning to biodynamic agriculture in respect of nature and its development phases.

The white grapes of the White "Riva Arsiglia" by Giovanni Menti come from vineyards that are 60 years old, on predominantly hilly volcanic soils, at an altitude ranging from 50 to 400 meters above sea level. The climate is generally dry, sunny and breezy with abundant rainfall even in the summer period, which leads to a drop in temperatures and a greater temperature range between day and night, enough to contribute to an excellent ripening of the grapes. The grape harvest is carried out in crates and in the winery, they are destemmed; the fermentation is spontaneous thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts.

The White "Riva Arsiglia" by Giovanni Menti appears in the glass as a light straw yellow; on the nose, it releases notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and ripe white-fleshed fruit with mineral hints on the finish. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh with a balanced minerality that invites drinking. It is recommended to pair with shellfish and mollusks as an accompaniment to first courses, but also with steamed fish; interesting also with stewed white meats. It is a wine that is well-suited for gatherings among friends during cool summer evenings, but also for dinners by the sea, enjoying in the glass a product that fully recalls the characteristics of the land from which it comes.
