Birra IGA Calabria 'Spadafora' Birrificio Cala

The IGA ‘Spadafora' Beer from Birrificio Cala is part of the brewery's IGA project, which enhances the Calabrian wine park. Spadafora provides Pecorello grapes, an indigenous Calabrian variety with a delicate and refined character. On the nose, delicate notes of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit emerge, fresh and inviting. On the palate, the body is enveloping and complex, with fruity notes blending with a pleasant alcoholic presence and intense savoriness. Ideal with a slice of grilled swordfish or with semi-hard cheeses.
