The IGA ‘Statti' Beer from Birrificio Cala originates from a brewing production that has become a symbol of Italianity in the world: the addition of fermenting wine must, to give life to the Italian Grape Ale. This IGA uses the must of Greco Nero, vinified in white, which brings to the glass all the complexity of a red grape variety reinterpreted with refined technique.
