Blau Blau Jermann 2022
The Blau Blau by Jermann is a red wine made from Franconia grapes, a historic variety present since the 1800s, and aged in French oak for 16 months. On the palate, it is elegant and full-bodied, with fruity and mineral notes on the nose.
The “Blau & Blau” has an intense ruby red color. Its bouquet ranges from the pleasantness of notes reminiscent of fermenting must to those typical of the underbrush, also passing through hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it has a good body, enveloping and soft, marked by a nice freshness and the typical minerality of Collio Friulano. A good balance and a nice persistence allow this particular expression of red grapes to leave an excellent memory.
