Tenuta di Collosorbo produces this Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from a grape variety that finds its natural habitat in Tuscany, namely Sangiovese. The grapes come from a selection of the best company vineyards, and after the harvest, which is carried out strictly by hand, they ferment at controlled temperature, macerating for a long time on the skins; subsequently, the aging takes place in two phases: first, it is done for 3 years in oak barrels of different capacities, and then, after bottling, it continues for at least another 8 months, directly in glass.

The Brunello di Montalcino from Tenuta di Collosorbo presents itself to the eye with an intense and deep ruby red color, crossed by slight reflections tending towards garnet. The nose is complex and layered, offering an opening with fruity notes, followed by spicy aromas and hints of underbrush. On the palate, an important structure is immediately felt, developing with a warm and elegant sip, endowed with excellent persistence.
