The Brunello di Montalcino by Casanova di Neri is a wine of great excellence and complexity, a benchmark of the type. After aging in large barrels for 45 months, it expresses a rich bouquet of red fruit, flint, tobacco, and underbrush, and offers a harmonious, robust, and consistent sip. A Magnum that tells the soul of this historic Tuscan winery!

galestro, varying then with the different presence of tuff and clay, alluvial stones, iron and other minerals, richness of skeleton and even presence of onyx. Manual harvesting takes place in the first week of October and brings to the winery bunches that will be destemmed, while the berries are checked with an optical selector. In open conical steel tanks, spontaneous fermentation and simultaneous maceration on the skins take place, lasting about 25 days, aided by frequent pump-overs. The subsequent aging takes place in large barrels and lasts for 42 months, followed by a final resting period of 6 months in the bottle.

The Brunello di Montalcino "Etichetta Bianca" by Casanova di Neri appears in an intense bright red color. The nose needs time and, initially subtle and citrusy, then reveals strong fruity notes of ripe cherry, raspberry, and sour cherry, eventually opening up to hints of moss and fern, tobacco leaf, and root infusion. The palate is elegant and full, composed of a consistent and soft tannic vein, balanced by a vein of freshness and persistent mineral hints.
