"Capitel Croce" is a pleasant and famous Garganega from Veneto, born from a 5-hectare plot on Mount Zoppega, in one of the most historic areas of Soave. After a brief passage in barrique, it releases aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, and herbs against a mineral background. On the palate, it presents a medium-bodied structure, marked by a pleasant freshness and overwhelming sapidity and minerality.

Capitel Croce' is a Veneto wine that Anselmi produces from the Garganega grape, cultivated in one of the most vocated areas of the Soave terroir. A bottle that stands out for its structure, deriving from vinification and refinement carried out in wood, and for an olfactory bouquet that dances on subtle and balanced notes, ending with savoury hints. An expressive white, full of character and a desire to amaze, not only now but also over the next 2-3 years, a period of time in which it will be able to further develop its olfactory range.

This 'Capitel Croce' is made by the Anselmi winery from the pure grapes of a white grape variety that is very important for viticulture in the Veneto, the Garganega. The vines of this variety grow in a plot of about 5 hectares in the most historic area of Soave, characterised by a subsoil composed mainly of limestone. After a brief cold maceration, the must is fermented in barriques. The ageing phase then takes place in wood, lasting 6 months, after which the wine is bottled.

The 'Capitel Croce' white wine made by the Anselmi winery announces itself to the eye with a typical straw-yellow colour, characterised by lighter golden veins evident in the rim. Delicate and rich on the nose, in which citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit intersect with floral nuances and hints of mineral. On the palate it is full-bodied and supple thanks to a rounded mouthfeel that relies on a fresh and savoury texture. It closes with a finish characterised by a persistent aftertaste, confirming it as one of the most intense and fascinating expressions of the terroir.
