"Les Lys" is a Chablis made from pure Chardonnay grapes that expresses the richness and elegance of the Burgundy territory. Notes of green apple, white fruit, citrus, and flint accompany a pleasantly savory and mineral sip, marked by a delicate and pleasant freshness.

La Chablisienne Chablis 'Les Lys' Premier Cru is a delicate and rich white wine, pleasantly marked by a fine minerality and refined delicacy. It is a pure Chardonnay of great elegance, vinified in steel and matured in oak barrels, following the oldest recipe of the Chablisienne winery. It represents the largest reality of Burgundy, an excellence of Chablis, and with 1200 hectares of vineyards cultivated by 300 winemakers, it is among the most important wineries in France. This label is an important liquid testament to the great Chablis area and an ode to Chardonnay.

'Les Lys' Chablis is one of the most famous Premier Cru of the denomination. The vines grow on soil composed mainly of chalk and marine fossils, which give the grapes a pronounced mineral note. The vineyards enjoy perfect north-east exposure and overlook Milly and the entire Serein valley. La Chablisienne, after selecting its best grapes, vinifies the harvest only in stainless steel, before agingfor 15 months in vats and large wooden barrels. These are the ingredients for an elegant and harmonious Chablis with a pleasant and balanced profile.

The 'Les Lys' Chablis presents itself in a straw yellow color with almost greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses its mineral soul supported by unmistakable notes of green apple, white fruit, flint, and a beautiful citrus nuance on the finish. On the palate, it is savory, mineral, and pleasantly fresh. The tasting closes with a long and well-defined finish. It pairs perfectly with great shellfish dishes. A Chablis of breed, extraordinary enjoyability, and remarkable evolutionary capacity, able to express itself at its best even through its maturity. A modern Burgundy white, yet always tied to the tradition and most typical production practices of its territory.
