Paul Bara's Champagne Rosé is the result of Bouzy Grand Cru grapes with the addition of red wine from old vines, which gives it characteristic hints of red fruits and pepper, typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is rich, smooth, juicy, fruity and elegant, with a good persistence

The Champagne Rosé Brut Grand Cru by Paul Bara is a pure and authentic expression of the great tradition of Bouzy, Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, famous for the quality of its Pinot Noir. The cuvée is made with a clear predominance of Pinot Noir, a small percentage of Chardonnay, and a touch of Bouzy Rouge, to give the typical slightly vinous character that distinguishes the rosé blends of Champagne. It is a label that expresses intense and fragrant aromas of small red berries and delicate spicy sensations, offering a sip of great elegance and taste persistence.

The Champagne Rosé de Bouzy Grand Cru is produced by the Maison Paul Bara according to the oldest traditions of a great territory. In this area of the Montagne de Reims, Pinot Noir reaches high expressive peaks and allows for the production of some of the most interesting rosés in the entire region. The Paul Bara estate consists of 11 hectares, divided into about thirty small parcels, cultivated with great agronomic attention. The wide possibility of choice at the time of creating the cuvées always guarantees a high quality of the Champagnes, which have won over enthusiasts for their intense and elegant profile, perfectly reflecting the personalities of Bouzy.

The Champagne Grand Rosé from the Maison of Paul Bara is a great interpretation of this aristocratic version of Champagne, particularly suitable for a full meal tasting, even with pairings with meat dishes. The grapes come from the prestigious area of the Grand Cru of the village of Bouzy. Fermentation takes place in steel, and the cuvée is created by adding 12% of red vinified Pinot Noir from Bouzy to the vins clairs of Pinot Noir - Chardonnay. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Champenoise, with a stay on the lees of at least 24 months. The color is pale pink, crossed by a delicate and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls aromas of citrus, raspberry, and small forest fruits, accompanied by light spicy nuances. The sip is rich and intense, taut, fresh, and harmonious.
