Rosé Champagne is synonymous with charm, trendiness and class. Its origins are very old and date back to 1764, when the Maison Ruinart invented the first ancestor of Rosé Champagne. Success was then achieved at the end of the 20th century, thanks to the great work of famous producers such as Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Bollinger and Dom Perignon. Rosé Champagne is the only sparkling wine in the world that can be made from a blend of red and white wines. However, there is a second production technique: rosé de saignée, which consists of contacting the skins of red grapes with the must until the desired shade is achieved. On Callmewine you can find a rich and detailed section of the best Rosé Champagnes at special prices!
