The "Largillier" Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature is a Champagne that grows on the ancient calcareous soils of the Cote des Bar. Wonderfully round and elegant, ample and fascinating, complex and silky, it recalls a complex and rich bouquet of juicy red fruit on the nose mineral wakes and aromas of flint stone, plaster and suggestions of citrus fruits

The Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs “Largillier” by Jerome Coessens is a Pinot Noir that originates from the territory of the Côte des Bar, the southernmost region of the Champagne Appellation. Thanks to the zero dosage, it expresses the profound richness and the marked freshness typical of the Pinot Noir from Aube. It is a Champagne made by a vigneron, who cultivates a small vineyard producing few bottles for enthusiasts, which captivate, like the “Largillier”, for its stern and intense profile, rich in aromas of small berries, citrus, bread crust, and sharp mineral sensations. Dry and vertical, it is a great gastronomic Champagne.

The Brut Nature “Largillier” is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne resulting from the passionate work of a vigneron, who cultivates a plot of Pinot Noir of about one and a half hectares in Ville-sur-Arce. Jerome Coessens descends from a family of winemakers and in 2006 fulfilled the dream of creating his own Maison, with the precise intent of producing a limited number of high-quality bottles. The meticulous care of the vineyard

is the center of all Jerome's activities, with the awareness that a small production of excellence can only arise from healthy and perfectly ripe grapes. The careful work in the cellar and long aging on the lees allow for the production of Champagne with a strong personality, which best express the characteristics of the Côte de Bar territory.

The Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs “Largillier” by Jerome Coessens is a Champagne that originates from a vineyard cultivated on particularly suited lands, characterized by soils predominantly composed of limestones and clays rich in fossils, dating back to the Kimmeridgian period. At the end of the harvest, the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in white, and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with an aging on the lees of at least 36 months. The Champagne presents a light yellow color with a fine and continuous perlage. On the nose, it expresses a bouquet characterized by aromas of citrus, small berries, white flowers, bread crust, and slightly toasted hints

and dried fruit. The sip is long, aromatically intense, savory and vertical, striking for its taste tension and direct mineral freshness.
