Benoit Lahaye's Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs elegantly expresses the potential of the Pinot Noir of Bouzy, a commune known for the intensity of its wines. In the vineyard, Lahaye works with minimal intervention, the grapes are partly vinified in barriques and left to rest for a long time on their lees. The result is a wine with personality: the nose is full of fruit, hints of minerals and iodine notes that entice the sip. On the palate it has great structure, a deep and persistent bubble
