Champagne Extra Brut "Le Mont Benoit" by Emmanuel Brochet originates from a 30 months aging on the lees. Vinification in wood with indigenous yeasts gives a rich bouquet of floreal, fruity and spicy notes. On the palate boisé notes are well suited for its mineral, creamy and citric profile, with a pleasant deepness and elegance.

The Champagne Extra Brut Premier Cru "Le Mont Benoit" by Emmanuel Brochet is a label of particular prestige, crafted by one of the most esteemed vignerons in Champagne. Born from the best grapes of the estate, it is a Champagne made with a wood vinification of the vins clairs, which gives the wine a particular maturity and aromatic richness. The cuvée is composed of: Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir in almost equal percentages, according to the most classic and traditional style of Champagne. The perfect balance between the three grape varieties gives the Champagne complexity and harmony, with notes reminiscent of flowers, citrus, and ripe fruit. It is a great bottle for connoisseurs, to be enjoyed during a special evening.

The "Le Mont Benoit" is an Extra Brut Premier Cru Champagne made by a young vigneron, who cultivates a small estate. The vineyards of Emmanuel Brochet extend over a total area of about 2.5 hectares, located in Villers-aux-Nœuds, a few kilometers south of the city of Reims. The soils are made up of clays and silt, which rest on a deep substrate of limestone matrix. Emmanuel inherited the family vineyards deciding not to sell the grapes anymore, to start producing an excellent monocru Champagne. A label that is the perfect representation of the typical characteristics of the territory. In the countryside, organic farming protocols are used, without resorting to chemicals. The Champagne Brochet is born from mature grapes of the highest quality, from a vinification and aging process carried out with precision and artisanal care. It is a label of great balance, an authentic expression of a great terroir.

fermentation occurs only with indigenous yeasts. The aging takes place in wood, with a maturation of the base wines of about a year, before proceeding to the final blending. The second fermentation follows the rules of the Champenoise Method, with a resting on the yeasts of at least 30 months. In the glass, it has a straw yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is intense and expressive, with elegant floral scents, aromas of citrus, ripe fruit, honey, vanilla, spices, and pastry. On the palate, it is refined, with a creamy and long sip, which unfolds harmoniously towards a fresh and pleasantly savory finish.
