The Chardonnay from Tormaresca is a white wine from Puglia that amazes with its freshness from the very first sips. This Chardonnay is made by the Tormaresca winery using pure grapes from the namesake international white grape variety. The grapes, carefully selected to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, once they arrive at the winemaking facilities, are gently pressed, followed by a static cold decantation for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, where the wine remains to mature for several months before bottling and commercialization.commerce.

The Chardonnay wine signed by Tormaresca presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color, crossed by flashes that tend towards greenish. The aromas on the nose are broad and concentrated, structured around mainly floral and fruity notes, also enriched by more herbaceous touches.
