Al Canapo Chianti Colli Senesi is crafted by the Bindi Sergardi winery with wisdom and tradition: it is born from pure Sangiovese grapes obtained from vines grown in soils with a wide structural skeleton, where the peculiarity of the soil lies in the presence of rock from the Montagnola, with significant parts of clay, silt, and sand. The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks where they undergo alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, to enhance the floral and fruity notes. The fermented must then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for a few months before being bottled and marketed.
The Bindi Sergardi Chianti Al Canapo presents itself in the glasses with an elegant ruby red dress, which reveals an attractive luminous transparency.
