ArtisanalThe Concrete Bianco is an Abruzzo white wine vinified in cement tanks and produced by De Fermo, an artisanal winery from the famous municipality of Loreto Aprutino. It presents an aromatic bouquet of daisies, fresh white flowers, apple, and field grass, while on the palate it is sleek, very refreshing and savory, vibrant and persistent.
The Bianco “Concrete” presents itself in the glass with a bright and rather clear yellow hue. The nose features different souls, the most welcoming one of Chardonnay, made of lime and butter, alongside the more rugged and territorial one of Pecorino, which puffs continuous sulfurous bursts.
