'DUE BIANCO' GIANNITESSARI DESCRIPTION

The "Due Bianco" by Giannitessari is a harmonious and fresh wine, made from a blend of grapes typical of the Veneto: Garganega, Durella and Pinot Grigio. The name of the wine is inspired by the desire to create a white capable of representing a synthesis of the best grapes cultivated in two different areas of the property, the estate of Verona and that of Vicenza. The richness and structure of Garganega goes very well with the soft aromatic amplitude of Pinot Grigio and with the vibrant freshness typical of Durella. The result is a wine of great balance, pleasantly fragrant and with aromas ranging from yellow fruit to exotic hints, together with savory and mineral notes.

The wine "Due Bianco" is made by one of the most interesting producers of the Veneto. Giannitessari winery is located in a particularly strategic position. Roncà is, in fact, in a border area between Soave, the Lessini Mountains and the Berici Hills. The estate, which covers a total of 55 hectares, is divided into three different estates, covering the three areas of the Veneto region. A particularity, which allows experimentation, contamination and the possibility of offering a wide and diversified range of wines both white and red. The main cultivated vines are: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, Durella, Pinot Grigio Tai Rosso, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Carmenere and Merlot. The deep knowledge of many varieties has led to the realization, not only of pure wines, but also of blending those that best represent the idea of wine expressed by the winery.

The "Due Bianco" Giannitessari is the result of the desire to give a unique, elegant and expressive face to the various areas of the estate. Garganega, Durella and Pinot Grigio are three different and complementary varieties that find in the blend a perfect meeting point. It is a wine that wants to express the best of two territories, close but different for soils and vines. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine ages for some months in steel tanks, before being bottled. In the glass it has a light yellow color with bright golden reflections. The bouquet is reminiscent of white flowers, fragrant aromas of ripe yellow fruit and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is rich and intense, with a very expressive centre of the mouth and a balanced, fresh and savory finish.
