The Etna Rosso from the Fedegraziani winery is a lively volcanic expression of great versatility capable of perfectly accompanying meat and fish dishes. It is made with grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio that are vinified with only indigenous yeasts, the aging lasts 12 months and takes place in steel tanks. The bright ruby red color strikes the eye while intoxicating aromas of red fruit and citrus are released. The sip is tasty, fresh, mineral, with elegant tannins and a pleasantly savory finish.

follows spontaneous fermentations. Created with the idea of being easily accessible to as many people as possible, it matures for 12 months in steel and follows a refinement of 6 months in bottle. The main goal of the winery is to enhance the Etna wine heritage and promote it, avoiding the use of systemic treatments and pesticides.

The Etna Rosso by Federico Graziani enters the scene quietly, but it is immediately seen as elegant and captivating. To the eye, it appears ruby red, bright, releasing aromas of red fruit and raspberries that meet a slight spiciness on the finish, between pepper and cardamom. On the palate, it presents itself fresh, refined, and dynamic, with a harmonious tannic perception and a mineral nuance. The result is an essential synthesis of pleasant mountain cleanliness and Mediterranean salinity.
