The Franciacorta Brut "Conte Aymo" from Tenuta Montenisa Antinori is a vintage sparkling wine of excellent elegance and freshness, perfect for all occasions. It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes and aged for a long period of about 64 months on its own lees. The color is brilliant straw yellow and the aromas released are typical of the varietal, alternating notes of red berry fruits with floral hints and references to bread crust. The taste is fine, harmonious, complex, creamy, and has an excellent persistent finish.

The Franciacorta Brut “Conte Aymo” from Tenuta Montenisa is a prestigious Millesimato Blanc de Noirs, representing the highest expression of pure Pinot Nero. The particular microclimate of some vineyards allows for the production of excellent quality grapes, complemented by a long aging on the lees. The final result is an intense Metodo Classico with great personality. Its deep aromas and a tense, linear development make it an excellent table companion for important menus based on white meats. It pairs wonderfully with the classic dish of the local cuisine: beef in oil.

The “Conte Aymo” is a Franciacorta Brut from Tenuta Montenisa, the famous winery in Cazzago San Martino, which is part of the estates managed by the historic Tuscan brand Antinori. The demanding and difficult Pinot Nero is cultivated in the cooler and more ventilated parcels of the estate, allowing it to reach maturity while preserving the fragrance of its refined aromatic profile. The best selected bunches in the vineyard undergo a delicate soft pressing to extract only the first fraction of the must flower. The vinification takes place in white in stainless steel tanks. After a few months of aging, the base wines are blended and the secondary fermentation in the bottle is carried out according to the Metodo Classico, with a sur lattes period of at least 64 months before disgorgement.

The Metodo Classico Brut “Conte Aymo” from Tenuta Montenisa is a Millesimato Franciacorta of great substance, which enhances the best characteristics of structure, aromatic intensity, and vertical freshness, typical of great Pinot Nero. In the glass, it presents a beautiful bright golden yellow color, crossed by the luminous and fine trail of a perlage of great finesse and remarkable persistence. On the nose, it is characterized by a bouquet that offers delicate aromas of raspberry, red currant, citrus zest, fragrant notes of white-fleshed fruit, hints of bread crust, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is intense, structured, with a clear and deep sip, endowed with a vital expressive energy, leading to a savory finish and vibrantcitrusy freshness.
