The Franciacorta Rosé ‘Donna Clemy’ by Biondelli is named after Clementina dei Conti Maggi di Gradella, the producer's grandmother, to whom this vintage is dedicated. Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the moraines of Bornato, it sees only steel before the long aging on the lees. On the nose, it is elegant, with a side of red forest fruits, a floral touch, and a note of licorice. On the palate, it is tonic and savory, driven by incisive freshness and lively sapidity, with remarkable persistence. Ideal with a tuna tartare or on a high-quality charcuterie board.
