Enrico Gatti's Brut Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyards owned by the Enrico Gatti winery cover an area of 17 hectares: those dedicated to the cultivation of Pinot Noir for Franciacorta Rosé are located in the foothill area. Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the winery. Here they are gently pressed and the resulting must is subjected to a brief maceration in contact with the skins. At the end of this phase, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. Once the base wine is vinified and bottled, the secondary fermentation in the bottle can begin, which involves a minimum of 25 months on the lees.
Enrico Gatti Franciacorta Brut Rosé has a beautiful antique pink color, enlivened by coppery reflections and a fine perlage.
