FRIULANO 'VALERIS' MUZIC 2023 DESCRIPTION

"Valeris" is a Friulano that tells of the great relationship that the Muzic winery has established, for as many as four generations, with the terroir of Friuli Venezia Giulia's Collio region. It is in fact a label that comes from an indigenous grape, capable of excellently representing the area of origin. A white wine in which minerality and freshness announce themselves as the load-bearing elements of the whole tasting, where a basic harmony reigns, making the drinking experience beyond pleasant. A bottle that comes from vines whose age exceeds 40 years, capable of giving concentrated clusters rich in character and personality.

This "Valeris" Muzic is a Friulano that is made from the pure grapes of the vine of the same name, from vineyards located near San Floriano del Collio, whose age exceeds forty years. The grapes, once they reach the winemaking facilities, after destemming and pellicular maceration, are softly pressed, and the must decants statically. Fermentation takes place in steel, for a total period of about 8-10 days; this is followed by maturation, also carried out in steel for 8 months, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled.

Friulano "Valeris" presents itself, upon visual examination, with a straw yellow color, crossed by reflections tending to greenish. The bouquet of aromas enveloping the nose is layered, with floral, mineral and fruity sensations alternating with slightly smoky touches. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced, and swaddling, characterized by a savory and fresh profile. A label with which Muzic declines one of the most important natives of the entire region, renewing the territorial link between the winery and the nature that surrounds it.
