The Frizzante Bianco 'Il Nemico del Re' from the Perseveranza winery is an inviting semi-sparkling wine. It combines the freshness of Trebbiano with the softness of Grechetto, creating an irresistible balance. The nose is a combination of crisp, ripe fruit, with slight tropical notes of pineapple and a vegetal finish. The palate is very fresh and juicy, with a soft and refreshing effervescence. Perfect for a summer aperitif or even with ricotta and spinach ravioli
