Perseveranza's Frizzante Bianco 'Schianto Redentore' is a lively and dynamic wine, made from a blend of Moscato Giallo and Grechetto grapes, which are vinified separately and blended at the end of alcoholic fermentation. The nose is intense, aromatic and fruity with light notes of sage. It is smooth and immediate on the palate, with a dynamic freshness and delicate effervescence. Perfect for an afternoon snack accompanied by a piadina with fresh cheese and prosciutto
