The Frizzante Rosè ‘Harusame’ from the Emilia-Romagna winery Casè highlights a refreshing and easy-drinking taste, factors that make it ideal for adding liveliness to social moments. The artisanal winery Casè is located in Travo, on the hills of Val Trebbia, where, with love and passion, they mainly cultivate the local grape varieties, alongside which the Pinot Nero, selected from low-yielding Burgundy clones, finds its place. The rows are tended without the use of synthetic chemicals, thus promoting biodiversity and the health of plants and the environment.
Casè Frizzante Rosé ‘Harusame’ is made from a black grape variety grown in calcareous-clay soils, located 550 meters above sea level. The manual harvest is accompanied by a careful selection of the bunches, and the grapes are then vinified in rosé with a short maceration on the skins. The alcoholic fermentation is conducted exclusively by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, while the refermentation takes place in bottle with the addition of fresh must from the following harvest according to the Ancestral Method. The wine is finally bottled with a crown cap without undergoing disgorgement.
The Ancestral Method ‘Harusame’ Rosé Frizzante from Casè has a distinct pink hue, slightly cloudy. The aromatic profile carries delicate and fine perceptions of red fruits such as wild strawberries and raspberries, combined with notes of fresh flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and easy-drinking, with remarkable agility and juiciness. The savory finish lingers on sensations of red fruits. The Rosè Frizzante ‘Harusame’ pairs excellently with light appetizers, fresh cheeses, and lightly aged cured meats, with the ability to bring liveliness to social moments.
