The “Goccia d’Oro” Gewürztraminer from Cantina di Trento is an aromatic and refined white wine. The grape variety, native to Central Europe, produces berries with a pinkish skin, but is vinified as a white wine. It is a variety that is very demanding in terms of soil and climate; it prefers stony soils and is grown in small, selected areas of Trentino. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains on the fine lees for several weeks. The nose is intense, with typical notes of rose, white pepper and lychee.
