The Dry Gin 'Igles' DiBaldo is a floral and citrus gin in a limited edition born from the collaboration with chef Igles Corelli. The recipe reflects the chef's passion for floral essences and Mediterranean citrus that he uses in his cooking. To maintain the characteristics of each botanical intact and extract their maximum aromatic expression, they are distilled separately. On the nose, it expresses hints of rose, neroli, juniper, and fresh citrus, while on the palate it offers a balance between softness, freshness, and spiciness.
