Gin from the Isle of Harris distillery is a tribute to the sea and its currents, surprising the eye with its elegant bottle that introduces its sophistication. The representative ingredient, which is also highlighted on the label, is a seaweed called Sugar Kelp and is hand-picked by a team of divers. The colour is crystal clear and the scents released are reminiscent of juniper and pine. The taste is dry, citrusy and peppery notes emerge that blend with a sensation of umami, closing with a long finish

The Isle of Harris Gin originates from the eponymous island, located off the northwestern coast of Scotland, perfectly embodying its maritime character. It is a distillate of refined purity, which beautifully expresses the clear, cold, and windy atmospheres of this extreme and wild land. It has the charm of the infinite breath of the sea, its freshness reminiscent of pine needle aromas, the balsamic sensations of juniper berries, and the aromas of Sugar Kelp seaweed. The prestigious bottle was designed by the graphic studio Stranger & Stranger, capturing the spirit of the Gin with an elegant old-style shape and a relief of subtle ripples reminiscent of the profile and color of sea waves. The essential label and a natural cork stopper complete the refined packaging.

Isle of Harris Gin is the result of Anderson Bakewell's desire to encapsulate and concentrate the enchanting atmospheres and wonderful colors of the Hebridean landscapes into a bottle. The dream came to fruition in 2015, with the opening of the distillery balsamic of juniper berries, spicy notes of white pepper, iodized and marine sensations. The sip is harmonious, soft, and enveloping, crossed by a clear saline trail, leading to a persistent finish of clear balsamic freshness.
