The Gin Red Double Distilled by Capjari is an innovative and versatile gin with a sustainable Ocean Action label made from Ocean Bound plastic for the oceans. It is made from 11 botanicals. The juniper is infused and distilled individually to bring out the aromas and fragrances, while the other 10 botanicals undergo a lengthy infusion process. The whole is then blended and redistilled one more time in a copper still to ensure optimal extraction of all the flavours and fragrances.

The Premium Double Distilled ‘Capjari’ Gin TS Spirits comes from the combination of 11 different botanicals, predominantly of Italian origin, including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, citrus peels, clove, Tuscan iris, and long pepper from Java. In particular, the juniper is infused and distilled separately to enhance its aroma, while the other ten botanicals undergo a long process of separate infusion. This is followed by the expert blending of the infusions and the distilled juniper and a new distillation using a discontinuous copper still.
