Gin Silent Pool

The Silent Pool Gin is a spirit of absolute quality, originating from the surroundings of the town of Guildford. We are faced with a bottle that comes from a meticulous production process, in which the various “botanicals” are processed and distilled with different techniques and timings, aimed at highlighting and enhancing the most salient characteristics during tasting. Fresh, rich, and well-structured, this Gin is undoubtedly the flagship product of the distillery, characterized by a typical aromatic profile where juniper takes center stage.

The Silent Pool Gin spirit is a distillate that originates from the infusion of as many as 24 different “botanicals” into an alcoholic base. It is interesting to note how the entire distillation process is based on sustainability and respect for the environment: the processing indeed relies on the combustion of strictly local wood, and uses water from the nearby lake. Each group of the 24 ingredients used is introduced at a different stage of production, and the distillation occurs thanks to a still – heated by wood but not by direct flame – equipped with a rectification column that ensures absolute aromatic cleanliness.

The Gin Silent Pool appears to the eye completely colorless, with a crystalline soul. Refreshing is the bouquet of notes that enchant the nose, where citrus touches and typical hints of juniper are felt, while at the end of the olfactory analysis there is also room for a hint of chamomile flower. It enters the mouth with a sip of good structure, wide and enveloping, characterized by a fresh and concentrated taste, decidedly clear and clean on the palate. A distillate with a classic profile, perfect for being sipped within a traditional Gin & Tonic enriched with the peel of an orange as a garnish.
