This Grappa di Barolo 9 Anni is born from a strict and careful selection made by the Marolo distillery of the freshest pomace from Nebbiolo grapes used to produce Barolo DOCG, one of the most well-known and appreciated Italian red wines worldwide. Thus, it starts from a high-quality raw material and then continues with a distillation that operates with the discontinuous method in a water bath. The Grappa obtained at the end of this process is then aged in small oak barrels for 9 years, the period in which aromas and flavors have the right time to evolve and mature. At the end of the maturation, the bottling and marketing operations are carried out.
