The Grappa Gentile alla Camomilla is a grappa obtained with discontinuous method pot still, aged for 6 months in barrels with immersion chamomile flowers. The bouquet gives elegant notes of chamomile and woody nuances. The taste is velvety, consistent with the nose and with a beautiful long and persistent finish

The Grappa Gentile alla Camomilla signed by Romano Levi presents itself during tasting with an extraordinary and exciting balance. Obviously, the protagonist of aromas and flavors is chamomile, processed according to Lidia's method, Romano's sister, capable of becoming significant without ever being exaggerated or too "heavy". A perfect label to brighten the most relaxing after-dinner moments, those in which one wants to indulge in moments of tranquility and carefree.

The Grappa Gentile alla Camomilla Romano Levi originates from the processing of the pomace of Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Barbera, coming from different areas of production classified as particularly suited. The distillation uses a discontinuous copper still that operates over direct fire. Once the final Grappa is obtained, the fragrant chamomile flower heads are left to macerate directly in it, responsible for the olfactory profile of the final product. The final aging phase lasts 6 months and takes place in barrels with a capacity of 700 liters. At the end of this period the Grappa is ready to be bottled and put on the market.

The Grappa Romano Levi lights up in the glass with an amber color. The nose develops a simple and delicate olfactory weave, subtle, that recalls an aromatic profile in which chamomile alternates with fruity and woody notes. It enters the mouth with a soft and round sip, where the flavor of chamomile is predominant, and it also asserts itself in the finish, long and persistent. A label that originates from an ancient recipe contained in the diaries of Lidia Levi, Romano's sister who dedicated her life to collecting and cataloging the most representative herbs and flowers of the entire Piedmontese territory.
