From our sommeliers

The Grechetto "Ametistas" is an Umbrian white wine produced with a short skin maceration and aged on fine lees in steel for at least 8 months. Aromas of candied fruits, aromatic herbs, and honey emerge from a fresh and compact texture.

months in the cellar before being put on the market.

The Grechetto "Ametistas" is a wine of great passion, well-suited for meeting and waiting. It has a golden yellow color, intense and slightly hazy, as it does not undergo stressful mechanical processes. In the glass, magic happens: the encounter with the territory. Wildflowers, honey, and candied citrus are accompanied by hints of wild herbs that waft to the nose. Saltiness and Mediterranean notes are perceptible on the palate; a sign of the pedoclimatic characteristics that the roots of the vines and the grapes themselves absorb from the surrounding territory: well-ventilated areas and soils of fluvial and lacustrine origin. Excellent structure thanks to the presence of tannins naturally found on the grape skins and extracted through the maceration process. Intense, fresh, and with long persistence. Essentiality by the book, period.
