The Lagrein 'Heredia' from the Trento Winery is rooted in soils that have historically been ideal for this grape variety. The fermentation with slow pumping over aims to preserve the freshness and immediacy of the fruit, also supported by a long refinement in glass. On the nose, violets and ripe plums emerge, on the palate it is medium structured and fresh, with firm and lively tannins.
