'Lanime' is born from the Montepascolo winery, located in Castell'Arquato in the Piacenza area, from the biodynamic work of Andrea and Paola. The grapes are spontaneously fermented and macerated on the skins for 30 days in cement tanks. On the nose, it is rich and deep with hints of red fruits in jam and spicy notes. On the palate, it offers intensity and freshness, in a seductive and well-integrated sip. Perfect with grilled red meats
