This Litrotto Rosso communicates genuineness and straightforwardness right from its aesthetic appearance, where the particular one-liter format, from which it takes its name, announces a drinkable wine that risks finishing too quickly once opened. Thanks to the winery L’Archetipo, a Puglian production reality that seeks synergy with the surrounding nature in every bottle, with a very natural approach. The Litrotto Rosso is a blend that impresses with its purity and sincerity, where tastes and aromas are simple yet well presented.
The Litrotto Rosso is born from a careful blend of various indigenous and international grapes, which the winery L’Archetipo assembles with care. The vines of this variety, which are around 22 years old, are cultivated using the free-standing trellis system, and the vineyards in which they grow are managed with organic farming methods. The grapes, once selected and brought to the facilities designated for winemaking, ferment alcoholically for about 20-30 days in stainless steel containers, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts.
indigenous. The Litrotto Rosso L’Archetipo presents itself in the glass with a hue reminiscent of the color of purple. Gentle and subtle are the aromas that develop on the nose, recalling pleasant fruity notes, enriched by touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. On the palate, it is light-bodied, drinkable, with a nimble and smooth sip, where a savory and fruity taste is found. A young and carefree bottle, without frills, with which the winery L’Archetipo pursues the concept of simplicity, to give us a worry-free drink.
