Organic and biodynamic"Malchevada" by Renato Keber is a white wine from Collio that is rich and very expressive, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins and aged for about 3 years between oak barrels, steel and bottle. An intense aromatic spectrum of exotic fruit, citrus and many aromatic herbs accompanies a tasting with depth, freshness, minerality and persistence.

It is a wine faithful to the ancient tradition of Collio, a region famous for centuries for its blended whites, based on a harmonious union of grapes with different and complementary characteristics, capable of expressing a great taste balance together. It is a bottle of great personality, intense, complex, and long-lived, the result of a mild and sweet climate, with almost Mediterranean nuances.
The “MAIcheVAda” is a Collio Riserva produced by one of the legendary names of Friulian wine. Renato Keber's winery has been producing wines since the early 1900s and still stands out today for a range of excellent labels. The wine is born from the blending of different native grape varieties from the Friulian Collio, cultivated in the area of Zegla, near the Slovenian border, on classic soils made up of marl, sandstone, and limestone, called in Friulano ponca. The harvest takes place around mid-September, with manual picking of the best bunches. At the end of the destemming, the grapes are gently pressed. The must remains in contact with the skins for a few days before being started for spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The wine matures for one year in large barrels and for one year in steel tanks on the lees. It finishes aging with another year in the bottle before being released on the market.
The Collio Riserva “MAIcheVAda” by Renato Keber is a white wine created to give voice to the oldest customs of Collio. The use of a skin contact and the long aging process contributes to giving body and richness. In the glass, it presents a light yellow color with bright golden reflections.
