The Nebbiolo by Giuseppe Rinaldi is a red wine aged slowly for 18 months in large barrels. A quiet yet intense, elegant, and full-bodied wine. On the nose, there are floral, fruity, spicy sensations, and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is enveloping, savory, and has fine tannins.

Nebbiolo is the calling card of the Rinaldi family, capable of redefining the concept of "basic" wine as it is already a testament to expressiveness and class. Austerely liquid, as per Langhe tradition, and a few simple gestures both in the vineyard and in the cellar: this is the belief of Giuseppe, Carlotta, and Marta Rinaldi, to create bottles that are a photograph of grape and territory without any filter or help that does not come from nature. The 6.5 hectares of vineyards are located in the municipality of Barolo, and the only substances allowed are just a bit of copper and sulfur, which they are trying to further reduce the use of. Rinaldi is today the name of one of the most esteemed and appreciated producers of Barolo in the world, for its ability to churn out bottles that do not follow trends but are simply one of the highest expressions of what the combination of Nebbiolo and its chosen area can offer when interpreted with awareness and knowledge.

The Nebbiolo by Giuseppe Rinaldi can be considered in every respect a small Barolo, as the grapes used to produce it come from the same vineyards chosen for the production of its "older brothers" and the only difference is the aging time. Vineyards located entirely in the municipality of Barolo, and very healthy grapes as they come from agriculture that does not involve synthetic products. In the cellar, they continue with the same belief, and after the manual selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels thanks to the only intervention of indigenous yeasts, while the maceration, long as in all the wines of the cellar, lasts for three weeks. Aging takes place in large barrels as per classic tradition for about 18 months and after an additional resting in the bottle, the liquid is ready to be put on the market.

The Nebbiolo wine by Rinaldi has a ruby red color that shifts towards garnet. Bringing it to the nose, one is immediately overwhelmed by its expressive mode that is so direct and candid, in which the Langhe is clearly revealed with hints of violet, cherry, and dog rose, without however giving up a pleasant dose of rusticity.interweaving of freshness and fleshiness, has the strength to bring back to a personal and intimate dimension. Undoubtedly a wine of the heart, to which it is impossible to give up.
