Valle dell’Acate ‘Bellifolli’ Nero d’Avola represents a pure expression of the homonymous Sicilian grape cultivated within the districts of Biddine Soprana and Sottana, characterized by medium-textured soils tending to black clay. Between mid and lateSeptember sees the harvest of the grapes, followed by alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks, the same type of winemaking containers where the mass remains to mature for 4 months before bottling and final commercialization.
