Nero d'Avola "Nero del Giudice" is an authentic, territorial red wine representative of the Mazara del Vallo area. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel tanks and, with ageing exclusively in the bottle, the result is a vibrant, sincere wine. Aromas of currant, raspberry and blackberry are enriched with balsamic nuances of eucalyptus. The palate is fresh and slender, with intense and integrated freshness, while the fine tannins enhance its elegance and make it versatile at the table. Perfect with meat or rabbit first courses
