It is amber to the eye and expresses to the nose warm and warm notes of fresh citrus and candied fruit, well-ripened yellow peaches and Mediterranean herbs, revealing a smooth and satisfying mouthfeel.

The macerated white "Odyssea" is produced by a small winery that still works with passion and artisanal methods. The Macchion dei Lupi estate extends over 4 hectares in the inland area of Suvereto, not far from the Tyrrhenian coast of San Vincenzo. The Mediterranean climate of the Livorno Maremma is mitigated by sea breezes and guarantees a perfect habitat for the grapes. The vineyards are managed under a regime of organic and biodynamic agriculture with the utmost respect for the environment and natural biodiversity. The soils are of heterogeneous composition, with the presence of skeleton and minerals of ancient volcanic origin.
