Teresa Mincione's Pallagrello Nero 'Sabbie al Vento' is a smooth red wine from Campania with a strong territorial character, linked to a historic grape variety from the Alto Casertano area. The name refers to the lightness and mobility of the sandy soil, which leads to the development of a wine that emphasises agility over concentration. The nose reveals fresh red fruits, light floral notes and a fresh spiciness with hints of pepper, while the palate is dry, taut, with fine tannins and a distinctly fresh finish. It pairs well with white meats and traditional cuisine, such as sausages or cured meats from Caserta black pig
